These materials will be used in challenging, high interest STEAM tasks. The students will learn the engineering process through creative problem solving. A variety of supplies will support the students as they build and test. Tasks will involve real world problems such as cleaning up the environment (such as oil spills) and environmental challenges (such as droughts). STEAM tasks will allow my students to use their creative thinking and critical thinking skills. They will be able to evaluate the supplies that will help them create prototypes to test and defend.
