Herbert Marcus Elementary is a Title 1 school. There are 99% of the students that receive free/reduced lunches. Our population is 94% Hispanic, 4% African American, and 2% white or other. All of the students are very glad to be at a school where they are cared for and loved. Our parental involvement has increased over the years as more and more parents want to help their children become successful students and learners.
