Did the picture come through yet? This is what I hear from my students who wait patiently for their amazing work to be displayed as examples for others. By the time the photo that I have taken with my phone and emailed to myself to then be downloaded has come through, the moment has passed. They are disappointed and I have missed an ultimate teaching moment where my students can become teachers. My students are scholars. They take pride in their work and enjoy helping others to be successful. I have so many experts in so many different areas. I have poets and mathematicians, scientists and authors, voracious readers and critical thinkers. Each and every one of my students has such a unique and essential set of skills and talents. I am incredibly proud and lucky to be their teacher.
