My second graders come from various cultures and backgrounds. More than half of my students speak more than one language and we are a Title 1 school. We learn that while we are different in many ways, we are also the same in many ways. My students LOVE coming to school each and every day. They pour their hearts into learning and growing. Teaching them is a joy and honor.
