My class consists of 16 energetic students ("friends" as I like to call them). I have a very active group that loves to learn, yet at the same time loves to move! My current classroom furniture does not meet the students' instinctive need for movement. The chairs are old, heavy, uncomfortable, and in dire need of being replaced. We live in a very rural area, and most students come from very low income households. Our school district consists of just one building that houses students ranging from early childhood to 12th grade. The school is truly the heart and soul of all the surrounding communities.
