Hi! My students are learning to become lifelong readers. I am a kindergarten teacher in a large, urban, public school in Pennsylvania. The students at my school are in grades Pre-K to 2; they come from low socioeconomic backgrounds, and are very multi-culturally diverse. Some are from Asia, some from the Mideast, some are African-American, and many are from various Spanish speaking countries. Many do not speak English at home, yet they are blossoming as successful readers and writers.
