Hello everyone, I am starting my sixth year of teaching with kinder that range in age from 5-6 years of age. Our school is located e in the Western Slope of Colorado. I do my best to provide as many opportunities to my kinders as I can, but additional teaching supplies are necessary and a bit costly at times especially being on such a thin budget. Some of my students come from single parent and foster homes. Our class size can range from 25-30 students. For some of my kiddos, this is their first time ever being in a school environment. This is the first time that my classroom has been a kinder room so materials are definitely scarce. Who doesn't remember their first kindergarten teacher? I want to make sure their first school experience is one they remember just like I did over 20 years ago. Any help is truly appreciated!
