The TRX Suspension System will help my students become physically fit without the use of technology. The students will take turns performing suspension activities in circuit training and this will be one station and used by at least 400 students. Obesity effects achievement in all areas including reading and math. We can fight obesity and increase achievement through the use of TRX Suspension Systems by giving our students multiple opportunities to exercise and become physically fit. Therefore, through this project you will be helping students become more physically fit and increase their academic achievement. It's a win-win for the you, the students and the community.

About my class
