How do you get 39 students excited about their writing? By having their writing projected on a screen for all their classmates to see! My second grade writers will feel like ROCKSTARS when they are able to share their writing by showing it on the document camera! I want each student to be able to show off their writing to their peers and we will be able to appreciate our writing more if we are actually able to SEE it. Most of my students are English Language Learners, some speaking very little English, so they will benefit from seeing writing displayed each day. I will be able to connect to all my learners by using their own writing in my teaching. Without a document camera, that is almost impossible. They all have such a great love of learning it is truly inspiring to see their minds at work each day. Please help my writers!
