The Instrumental program is currently in its sixth year at my school. The students who participate in the program range from first time music makers with no prior experience to advanced veteran members of our ensembles. Our charter school is comprised of students ranging from grades six through twelve. The Band and Orchestral program consists of mixed grade levels in the class in efforts to build up the program. The students are hard working, and we have a very supportive administration who is very enthusiastic about having a music program grow in our school. Thus far, the program has been able to maintain steady growth and as a result of that; I am looking for options to streamline the instructional delivery of the content as efficiently as possible for my students.
