I work in a low income school with around 32 to 35 students in each of my social studies classes. Our school no longer has after school sports so my team has started our own "Homework Club" in order to give students a place for extra help and to help build closer relationships. They are a very inquisitive group of teens, anxious to learn and hoping for a better life than they have been known. I love teaching US History and I hope to share that love with them.
