We are located in central Florida. I am a 15 year veteran teacher, but this is my first year teaching kindergarten. My students love the barnyard theme in my classroom. Also that theme goes with my last name. We are F.A.R.M.E.R.S. Friendly, Angelic, Responsible, Mindful, Exemplary, Reliable, Solvers of problems! This acronym is the basis of the values which are instilled in our classroom. Our classroom is quite diverse. We have many students who are newly enrolled and have moved one or more times this school year. I do my best to provide for them a warm and stable classroom environment filled with challenging and exciting learning opportunities. I am low on kindergarten resources since I have only taught higher grades. By creating this project, I hope to obtain the supplies, resources, and organizational that I will need to occupy 18 kindergarteners and teach important lifelong skills more effectively every day .
