I teach in a Language Arts classroom in Middletown, NJ. My classroom includes students with varying abilities, interests, and backgrounds. My students learn best when they can work directly with their hands. At the end of each unit we create a project that lets them express to the school and each other what they have learned. This is where my students really come alive in the classroom. They love to express themselves using a variety of tools besides our usual pencil and paper.
