My 5th grade students come from a rural, Oklahoma school district with a high poverty rate and many mixed ethnic backgrounds. Our school has over 400 students from Pre-K to 5th grade. My students are witty and intelligent with limited financial means. Many do not even have computers, much less iPads at home.
