My Pre-K to 8th grade students are wonderful! They love Music and I am inspired to do all I can to give them the most meaningful Music Education I can. Studies continue to support the fact that studying Makes you Smarter! All of the disciplines meet in Music which is why it is such an important part of a well-rounded education. My students come from diverse ethnic and religious backgrounds and since our school is located in an urban district, many of them face difficult socio-economic challenges. But, it's through Music that they discover they can create and recognize beauty in the world. By singing or playing a musical instrument, they learn that patience, committment and responsibility lead to a sense of accomplishment and pride. What could be more important than that for a youngster? Thank you for your support-You are making a difference!!!
