My students are all Cape Verdean children at an inner city school in MA. We have a steadily growing Cape Verdean population. They are working hard learning new academic vocabulary everyday. Science concepts are one of the most interesting subjects yet we have very little resources to use and help in understanding new science related words in our pod style classroom. They are all curious and would benefit from the ability to question and discover using new science materials.

About my class
