Most of my students are 3 or 4 grade levels behind in reading, and most of them lack basic skills that they need to be a good reader. Even though they are behind in reading they are a group of hard working students. We are a small district in Illinois with budget constraints, so being able to purchase an iPad for the classroom would open up so many opportunities for my students.
