In my class room I am continually working on creating a fun space for reading. I have large rugs and I would love to add the Back Jack chairs for students to really get settled to read. The rug with chairs area is right next to the class library where students can select a good book. Creating a special reading and lounging space will motivate the reluctant readers. While some students are lounging on the rug reading, I am conferencing with other students about their reading skills and goals. Then we will rotate the loungers and conference students. I am really looking forward to being able to add special loungers to our reading center.
