Our music classes currently do not have any age appropriate instruments for our students. This project will provide the students with not only ukuleles but a specific method written by an award winning professional ukulele player. These are high quality instruments that are a great investment for our school. This project will purchase a class set of ukuleles, a teacher ukulele, and a class set of lesson books that include practice tracks for the students. The goal is for these students to perform a musical selection on a program this school year. Playing an instrument is a skill that these students can use for years to come. These instruments will be played in all of the music classes this year. There is no budget provided for these classes. Your support will provide a fantastic opportunity for the kids at our school.
