I currently have 22 students but can go up to 25. I have 10 girls and 12 boys in my class. There are many languages that are spoken in my room including Urdu, Russian, Spanish, and Chinese. Which makes it difficult to communicate with my students and their families, and help them succeed in school. I have a very lovable and eager to learn class this year. I am trying to create a nurturing environment in which for them to learn. Unfortunately I do not have the tools that are needed to help them. I work in a very small school, we only have two classes per grade so funding is very low. The majority of the students in the school are from a low socioeconomic family therefore they receive free or reduced lunch.
