My students need C115V Club Concert Series Speakers to be able to perform in the large stadiums and arenas including the Pro Football Hall of Fame Stadium and Lucas Oil Stadium, where we will be competing this fall. These Yamaha C115V speakers will add to our sound system and allow our small band to be heard in the large stadiums where we will perform this fall. With a band of just 75 musicians, amplification and use of electronics are a necessary evil. North East will be one of the smallest bands to compete at Bands of America Grand Nationals this fall, adding these Yamaha C115V speakers will help us to compete with bands 3,4 or 5 times our size. I believe that taking my band to these national competitions not only gives my students an appreciation for what marching bands are doing in other parts of the country, it also helps them to realize that there is more to life than just our little corner of Pennsylvania. No matter how we perform, they always come home amazed at what other bands are doing and re-energized to take our band to a new level.
