I teach 4th and 6th grade gifted students at a High Poverty Elementary School that seeks to expose students to different forms of technology. My students enjoy reading and using technology on a daily basis. By combining these two interests, it makes the learning environment more inviting and prepares the students for using 21st century tools. My students enjoy learning, being challenged, and utilizing a variety of tools and texts in the classroom to enhance their learning experience.

About my class
