My students attend a school that is in a low socioeconomic area. In fact, all the students in my building receive free lunch, face many challenges at school and at home. Even with many challenges my students strive to do their best and want to succeed. Each child exhibits a desire to want to learn more; because of this I'd like the opportunity to offer them a greater learning experience. Many of my students are behind academically and require hands-on materials the such as Operations & Algebraic Thinking Folder Game Library and Number Sense manipulatives to reinforce the material taught from text order to attain the skills they are trying to learn. They have big dreams and deserve the best educational materials possible to achieve their goals.
