I have a class of eighteen energetic students ready to learn each and everyday. We are located in an inner city school district where many view these students as unable/unwilling to learn. This is a class that loves coming to school. Each and everyday I read to them and they read to me. I have students that go through so much on a daily basis but still manage to come to class eager and willing to participate. Our school is extremely dedicated to student success. Our curriculum centers around literacy and we believe that it is a civil right.
