Our school is located in a medium to large sized city that is approximately two hours from a major city in the United States. The students who attend our school come from a wide variety of backgrounds. However, each year, more and more of our students are coming from a home environment that is less than ideal. These children come to us struggling for the basic needs of life, searching for answers that we cannot always provide. Some of our students come to us not having any friends, not knowing how to make a friend and not knowing to be a friend. We have students and teachers here who are wonderful individuals who are willing to help anyone in need, but they do not always know how to offer that help or to whom to offer it. These loving caring students and teachers want the opportunity and means to help these students of need. They want these students to know that there are people here who will offer them the friendship and help they need.

About my class
