Living and working in a small community has its advantages. For example, I have taught with some of my former elementary school teachers. It also has its disadvantages. Due to the lack of funding, my classroom does not always have the most up to date materials. Fortunately, I am quite creative and am not too afraid to ask others for help. I love my school and would not work anywhere else in the world!
