We are a second grade classroom in a rural community who would like to experience hands-on learning instead of reading out of a textbook. We are a first through third grade elementary school with around 450 students. We are a Title 1 school where the majority of our students are on free or reduced lunches. Knowing that money is limited, hands-on experiences might not be a luxury given at home.
