I am a 1st grade teacher at Frances K. Sweet Elementary School, a Title I Magnet School. I teach all general subject areas; mathematics, reading and language arts, science, social studies, and writing. I believe that all students deserve an equal opportunity to receive the best education possible, and cost should never have to be a struggle when it comes to education. While I cannot change the family struggles that are inevitable, I can control their experiences in my classroom to ensure that they are in a happy, fun and safe environment. My number one goal is to get students involved and excited! I think that is what learning should be all about!

About my class
