Over 60 percent of our students are economically disadvantaged. Despite their socioeconomic status, the children are always eager to learn. They are absolutely amazing and bring a smile to school every day. I believe that Music really helps our students find joy throughout their daym and helps them feel success on days where they might might have struggled in the classroom. It gives our students something else to look forward to. I feel that it is my duty as a teacher to help them receive the best musical experience possible, one they truly deserve.

About my class
