Students at our school come from all backgrounds. School is a safe place for them. On May 20, 2013, that safety was shaken when the tornado hit. Students were safe and were taken care of in the hours afterward. But, the devastation they looked at of their school and the surrounding neighborhood is something that will be with them forever.
