We are part of an excellent dual immersion Spanish/English school in California. This is my second year at this school, and I am working to build up the classroom library. My first graders are smart, sweet, and energetic children. The youngest is 5 years old and the oldest is 7. I want to hook them into reading by making it irresistible to cuddle up with a book on the rug. They want to read! But we don't have enough Spanish books on hand to meet their needs.
