My students want to do well and are enthusiastic learners. I have an extensive library that needs to be organized by reading level and genre so that they can use it to the fullest. Organizing by author or by reading level is not enough. The books need to be narrowed one more time by genre, favorite author, or series. When students find one of these categories to their liking, they read more and become better readers and writers.
