My students are mostly bright and inquisitive ninth, tenth, and eleventh graders, many of whom have somehow made it to high school without knowing where anything is in the world! Some think Canada is a state, some don't know the ocean next to our state (Virginia) is the Atlantic! This is not all students but many are deficient in their knowledge of physical geography and I hope to remedy this situation.

About my class
