My classroom is a self-contained, middle school Autism classroom. I have nine students who have extraordinary abilities and individual needs. All of my students have grown-up in poverty and attend a high needs middle school where their needs cannot always be met. They are amazing students that are beginning to learn about their own potential, but still need the tools to become young adults, ready for high school.
