Welcome to Ms. Nelson's classroom! I teach 11th grade English and all of the journalism classes at a small rural high school in the Midwest. 2013-2014 is my fifth year of teaching, but my third year at this school. I've helped turn both programs around and improve student learning with the resources I have, but to keep growing, I know we need some more help. Please help me support my English students as they become more college and career ready, and my journalism students as they produce our publications without district monies.
