Hi! I'm trying to earn a classroom set of the novel Ender's Game by Orson Scott Card. The movie hits the big screen in November, and I want to get my students hooked before then! The book is the first in the series, and if I get them all interested in the first one, they might just keep on reading (how awesome would that be?)! The story has a lot of classic themes and will appeal to gamers and underdogs and any kid who senses a feeling of unjust manipulation and lack of control of their own destiny. In other words--it has something for everybody. It's a classic sci-fi saga, and I want them all to have a book in their hand as we read it in class! Thank you!
