My students are third graders from an extremely high poverty area. They need these Chromebooks in order to help prepare for their futures. My students are enthusiastic about learning and love technology. My students are required to pass a state test on the computer to be eligible to move on to the next grade. Having two Chromebooks will allow for a group of students to practice computer skills during our learning centers. They will be able to complete research projects and online programs that help reinforce the skills we learn in class. I want to provide my students with a technology foundation now that will help them in their future!
