Having an iPad to use in my room will give my students the opportunity to use the app Doink. Students will be motivated to read a book and then create a Book Review using the app on this iPad! No matter what level they read at, they will be able to take part in this project! Using this app on an iPad will allow my students to learn how to present a book review orally and how to set up and import themselves or another image, video or even music into a scene. The will learn about working with others to reach an end product, as they create this book review. An introduction to new technology techniques can help them to develop that desire to learn something new!
