My students need flexible seating options to help them stay engaged and attentive in the classroom. Wobble chairs help to increase muscle tone, posture, sensory input, energy burning, and increased blood flow to the brain. Flexible seating allows students to burn off the energy their muscles are looking for allowing them to be more attentive in a non disruptive way. As the students are able to wobble around on the seats their hearts start pumping faster. Better blood flow means more oxygen to the brain. More oxygen to the brain increased brain function which allows for more knowledge retention and improved focus!
