Kindergarten students are amazing thinkers! The catch is that they love to accommodate new concepts in learning by using their bodies. Hands on learning helps them connect new concepts to long term memory. The foundations help them build ideas for a lifetime! We have a current project on donors choose that will expire in 11 days. The project is for hands on learning in a sand and water table. The concepts include conservation of size, weight, and volume, but I've added materials to help reinforce letter and number recognition as well. We need a little over $250 to receive a thousand dollars worth of materials for our classroom. Can you help?
