I am starting this new school year (2023-2024) at at an inner city elementary school serving as a school counselor. This is my first year at this particular school site and I am excited to start building up resources for my counseling office/classroom where all students will feel safe and welcomed when they need someone to talk to and when they need some hands-on activities to help modulate their emotions. It is crucial for me to have various calming stations within my counseling classroom that facilitate and encourage students to communicate their needs and concerns freely to me.

About my class
