My classroom serves 16 children, ages 3-6, who are unable to walk or talk as a result of a variety of disabling conditions. Most of the children in my class qualify for free lunches. We are part of a charter school located in a high-need area created specifically to meet the needs of this special group of children. We are a small program, serving only 48 children total, but have all the needs of a bigger school.
