Hello Potential Donor! Thanks for taking the time to learn more about me and my amazing kiddos. I currently teach first grade in a rural community school in Alpena, Michigan. Many of my students come from homes experiencing poverty, trauma, and less than desirable housing situations. Nevertheless, my students arrive at school each day full of smiles, giggles, and a true love of learning. Our classroom is a true family where my kiddos feel safe, loved, and are willing to take risks allowing them to become confident and successful learners.
