How many junior high band programs include beginner band, advanced band, jazz band and a marching band? Very few, right? The kids in this program are the positive faces of this school. I have requested a music stand storage cart because we like to keep our rehearsal space clean and for transportation purposes too. With most students (over 80%) on free or reduced price lunch and using school instruments, we still are short handed on resources for our program. These kids come together and express school spirit, self-discipline and musicianship in all aspects of the program.
