We are in small school district in Oklahoma. We have bright, talented, creative kids. They are awesome to work with, and I'm sure their imagination would just come alive with more musical instruments. We are a public school, in a state and district where budgets have been cut to the bare minimum. Also, our school is in an area where money is tight, so fund raising is very hard. I so much want these wonderful kids to be able to experience more in my music classroom, and xylophones would help so much. I am an Orff certified teacher, and xylophones are essential. I have seen these students get so excited about getting to play our one xylophone, and they are so careful with it. Our kids are caring and smart. They love to get their hands on things to learn.
