Our Jr. Kindergarten classroom offers a fun and safe place to learn and grow in a developmentally appropriate atmosphere. The learners participate in a variety of small group centers and whole group lessons throughout the day to engage their brains and bodies while they learn. Jr. Kindergarten learners know that our most important expectation is simple- BE YOUR BEST YOU! This carries into all parts of our school day and beyond. They show persistence and do their best work beginning with Buddy Bins in the morning, where we work on social skills and language, through Learning Centers where they are working on academic concepts by completing a project or activity. It is most important to me that my students leave Jr. K feeling loved, encouraged, and empowered to reach their fullest potential!
