The students are a diverse group of boys and girls who are interested in math and computer programming. They are involved in many activities at school and many take advanced classes such as AP and dual enrollment classes. Most students are fluent in English and Spanish. The school includes grades 6 through 12, but most students taking this course will be in the higher grades. We hope to also work with some of the younger students with their robotics program as a way to introduce them to computer programming concepts.
