I am an elementary teacher of 17 wonderful students at a small school within a rural district. My students love reading, however, they find it more difficult to understand nonfiction texts. They work very hard each day to meet their individual reading goals, but many of them find nonfiction texts to be challenging. They do not back down from challenges, so I want to provide them with resources that will help build their confidence.
