My primary job is to make sure my students come to school smiling, ready to learn and explore no matter what they face at home. My goal is to create a safe and effective learning environment for the young minds in my class. Children in my class are provided with a nurturing, active and challenging environment that will encourage problem solving and language development. It is my job to make sure their experience with the public school system is exceptional. They need to develop a positive self-image, social skills, and emotional skills in order to become successful students. Everyday we work on basic communication and cooperation skills through structured hands on center time, small groups and whole class instruction.
