I teach students in grades K-12 in both the vocal and instrumental music areas. I am fortunate to teach in an amazing school that is supported by parents, the community, and administrators. We truly feel like a family in our small, rural school, and we are proud of our students. My students come from all backgrounds, but they have one thing in common: active imaginations. I love to bring them new opportunities to learn material in different ways. There is nothing better than watching my students spill into my classroom asking, "What are we going to do today?" I love the excitement and energy that they bring, and I work diligently to keep those emotions high, as we learn and create.
